1. Possess good collaborative communication skills, a high sense of responsibility, and professional ethics;

2. At least three years of development experience in one of the following languages: Golang, Java, or PHP;

3. Familiarity with at least one of the following: Java (Spring Cloud suite), Golang (Gin, Fasthttp), or PHP (Laravel);

4. Understanding of the underlying implementation mechanisms of MySQL and Redis, and the ability to practically apply their principles to solve problems, with real case solutions being a plus;

5. Basic understanding of high concurrency and high availability;

6. Familiarity with TCP, HTTP, and WebSocket protocols;

7. Some experience using ES, Kafka, and RabbitMQ;
