Description

The HR Recruitment Supervisor is responsible for managing key HR functions, including recruitment and performance management. This role ensures the organization attracts, retains, and develops top talent while fostering a positive workplace culture. The HR Recruitment Supervisor acts as a liaison between management and employees, providing guidance on HR policies, addressing concerns, and driving initiatives that support organizational goals.

  • Graduate of BS Human Resource, Psychology, Communication or any related course
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to manage sensitive and confidential situations with tact, professionalism, and diplomacy. Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
  • Proficient with Microsoft Office or related software. Proficient with or the ability to quickly learn payroll management, human resource information system (HRIS), and similar computer applications. Strong
