- Design and implement inclusive lesson plans for diverse learners
- Collaborate with special education staff and families to support student needs
- Assess and evaluate student progress regularly
- Provide professional development on inclusive practices
- Foster a supportive classroom environment to promote student engagement
- Adhere to federal education guidelines
- Educational Qualifications: A Bachelor's degree in Education or Special Education is required.
- Experience Level: Position is suitable for fresh graduates or students with relevant internships.
- Skills and Competencies: Must possess skills in developing Individualized Education Programs (IEPs), effective lesson planning, and one-to-one teaching methods.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Plan and implement inclusive lesson plans, assess student progress, and collaborate with parents and staff.
- Working Conditions: Classroom setting with diverse student needs; may require adapting resources and environments.
- Qualities and Traits: Patience, empathy, adaptability, strong communication skills, and a passion for inclusive education.
