  • Provide technical support to end-users via phone, email, and in-person.
  • Troubleshoot hardware and software issues, ensuring prompt resolution.
  • Maintain and update IT documentation and user manuals.
  • Assist in network and system maintenance, including installation and upgrades.
  • Coordinate with vendors for equipment and service procurement.
  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience in IT technical support.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in system administration, IT infrastructure management, IT asset management, system monitoring, and system analysis.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Provide technical support, troubleshoot issues, manage IT assets, and monitor system performance.
  • Working Conditions: Office-based role with occasional remote support; may require flexible hours.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, excellent communication, and customer service orientation.
