簡介

  • Provide overall academic leadership and management of the College
  • Oversee curriculum planning, faculty development, and student performance
  • Ensure CHED compliance and support accreditation initiatives
  • Foster partnerships with hospitals, laboratories, and academic institutions
  • Lead initiatives that promote innovation, research, and community involvement
  • Must be a licensed Medical Technologist (PRC Registered)
  • Holder of a Doctorate degree (Ph.D., Ed.D., or equivalent) in Medical Technology, Public Health, or related field
  • At least 5 years of teaching experience in higher education
  • Preferably with administrative experience (Program Chair, Department Head, etc.)
  • Demonstrated knowledge in curriculum development, CHED policies, and accreditation processes
  • Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
  • Research background and publication record is an advantage
  • Active member of PAMET, PASMETH, or other relevant professional organizations
