About the Role

We are seeking a Lead Generation Specialist to support our business development efforts. This role focuses on outbound calls to industry professionals across Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines. The ideal candidate will have strong communication skills, experience in B2B outreach, and the ability to generate quality leads.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct outbound calls to interior designers and architects in Singapore, Malaysia, and the Philippines.
• Qualify leads, identify decision-makers, and set appointments for the sales team.
• Maintain and update lead records in the CRM system.
• Build a pipeline of prospective clients through research, follow-ups, and consistent communication.
• Achieve or exceed weekly and monthly targets for calls, leads, and appointments.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in lead generation, telemarketing, or outbound sales (B2B preferred).
• Excellent verbal communication and persuasion skills in English.
• Comfortable speaking with professionals such as architects, designers, and business owners.
• Self-motivated, results-driven, and able to work independently.
• Tech-savvy with knowledge of CRM tools and spreadsheets.
• Must have a stable internet connection and a quiet home workspace.
