Description

Product Strategy and Roadmap: Define, refine, and communicate a long-term product vision and strategy, ensuring alignment with company goals and market demands. Lead the development and continuous update of the product roadmap, coordinating with leadership and key stakeholders to ensure consistency.
Feature Development and Specification: Drive the ideation, evaluation, and prioritization of new features, balancing customer needs, business value, and technical feasibility. Make strategic trade-offs to optimize the product portfolio and maximize overall impact. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to develop comprehensive product specifications, ensuring clarity and consistency.
Success Metrics: Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) and other success metrics to measure product performance. Leverage data-driven insights to drive continuous improvement and inform strategic decision-making. Develop and implement strategies to drive product growth and scalability, including leveraging heuristic methods, machine learning models, and rapid experimentation.
Fraud Detection and Prevention: Collaborate with data scientists and security teams to analyze geographic data, identify fraud trends, and implement robust preventive measures. Ensure that products incorporate advanced security and fraud detection mechanisms.
Customer Engagement/Advocacy: Act as the primary advocate for enterprise customers, ensuring their feedback and needs are integral to product development. Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers, anticipating their needs and ensuring their satisfaction.
Stakeholder Communication: Maintain transparent and effective communication with stakeholders at all levels, including executives, engineering, marketing, sales, and customer support. Provide regular updates and facilitate feedback loops to ensure alignment and support.
Market and Customer Insights: Conduct in-depth market and customer research to gather insights and validate product concepts. Use data to inform strategic decision-making and measure product success. Stay informed about industry trends, competitive landscape, and emerging technologies.
Go-to-Market Planning: Develop and execute go-to-market strategies, including launch plans, marketing campaigns, and sales support. Monitor product performance post-launch and drive continuous improvement.
UI/UX Design and Evaluation: Work closely with UI/UX designers to ensure products are intuitive, user-friendly, and meet high design standards. Ensure a consistent and engaging user experience across all product touchpoints, aligned with the overall product vision.
Security and Privacy: Ensure products comply with relevant security and privacy regulations. Collaborate with security, legal, and engineering teams to integrate robust data protection and user privacy measures into product design. Continuously review and update security protocols to address emerging threats and vulnerabilities.
Financial and Performance Management: Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) to measure product success. Manage product budgets and ensure financial goals are met.
Operationalization: Develop and implement processes to operationalize new product features. Collaborate with support teams to ensure smooth product launches and ongoing maintenance. Create and maintain comprehensive documentation and training materials.
User Personas: Develop, maintain, and leverage detailed user personas to guide product development and marketing strategies. Ensure product features and messaging resonate with the needs and preferences of target users. Update personas based on user feedback and market research.

3-5 years of experience delivering successful products in a product management role, with a strong track record.
Technical Expertise: Deep technical knowledge and product intuition, with an engineering background capable of making informed product/technical trade-offs.
Customer-Centric: Passionate about delivering exceptional user experiences, leveraging design thinking and customer-centered product development approaches.
Data-Driven: Strong analytical skills with the ability to use data to drive decision-making.
Stakeholder Management: Excellent skills in managing stakeholders and integrating partners.
Proactive: Inclined to take action, addressing issues and taking initiative.
Communication: Excellent presentation and interpersonal skills.

Languages: Bilingual proficiency (English + Chinese) preferred.
