Job Responsibilities:

1. Develop, optimize, and maintain the trading tools and infrastructure used by the equity trading team;

2. Collaborate with quantitative analysts and traders to implement quantitative models and strategies;

3. Analyze trading performance and identify areas for optimization within systems and strategies;

4. Ensure code quality, reliability, and scalability through rigorous testing and documentation;

5. Collaborate across teams to deliver high-impact technical solutions in a fast-paced environment.
