  • Manage social media accounts and e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Tokopedia, Instagram, etc.).
  • Respond to customer messages and inquiries promptly and professionally.
  • Receive, process, and monitor customer orders until completion.
  • Input and update product data, pricing, and inventory regularly.
  • Prepare daily/weekly/monthly sales reports.
  • Handle customer complaints with a friendly and solution-oriented attitude.
  • Coordinate with the warehouse or shipping team to ensure timely delivery of orders.
  • Assist with online promotions and campaigns as directed by the marketing team.
