Description

  1. Contacting prospective clients who have registered, based on company data, to confirm their needs and answer questions.
  2. Following up on the loan application process of interested clients, assisting them in completing documents, and finalizing the borrowing process.
  3. Conducting an initial check on the completeness and suitability of client documents.
  4. Maintaining good relationships with existing clients through phone calls, providing updates on promotions or company services, and encouraging repeat loan applications.
