Backend Technologies: Familiar with Node.js or Rust, capable of implementing local backend logic for desktop applications.

Mainstream Frameworks: Familiar with mainstream frontend frameworks such as Vue or React, with an understanding of their principles and source code preferred.

Engineering Skills: Familiar with frontend engineering tools such as Webpack and Vite, with experience in packaging optimization, hot module replacement, and build deployment.

Cross-Platform Adaptation: Capable of resolving compatibility issues for desktop applications across Windows, macOS, and Linux.

Performance Optimization: Familiar with performance optimization methods for desktop applications, enhancing overall performance from aspects such as rendering and resource loading.

Debugging Skills: Familiar with Electron DevTools, Chromium debugging tools, or Tauri debugging tools, able to quickly locate and resolve issues.

Communication and Collaboration: Able to work closely with product managers, designers, and backend engineers to drive projects to efficient completion.
