• Oversee day-to-day office operations and manage the entire team effectively.
• Review all client contracts and ensure that assigned accountants are delivering services according to the agreed scope.
• Ensure accuracy of the book entries and financial reports across all client accounts.
• Oversee and ensure timely filing of General Information Sheets (GIS), tax returns, and all SEC and other regulatory requirements.
• Monitor the timely and accurate delivery of services to all clients.
• Provide training and mentorship to staff, supporting both their professional growth and personal development, whether conducted internally or through third-party providers.
• Contribute to the company's growth and profitability through client acquisition, cost control, and strategic initiatives.
• Develop and implement policies and procedures that enhance team performance and organizational efficiency.
• Attend client meetings and respond promptly to client inquiries as needed.
• Maintain a professional, organized, and clean office environment at all times.
• Conduct quarterly staff performance evaluations 
• Seek regular client’s feedback regarding the accountant’s performance to ensure that we are aligned with the client’s expectations.
• Ensure that the company’s Key Result Areas (KRAs) are consistently met.
• Support client requirements and provide solutions in cases of manpower shortages.

1. With at least 10 years of experience in accounting, tax compliance, audit and financial reporting, including supervisory or management experience
2. Proficiency in Accounting Software (QuickBooks, Xero, Soho, etc.)
3. Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, CPA preferred but not required
4. Onsite Work (Makati City) From Monday to Friday
5. Strong attention to detail and accuracy
6. Metro Manila residents are preferred
