Keterangan

  • Recruitment: Post job openings, review resumes, and schedule interviews 
  • Onboarding: Plan and facilitate orientation and training sessions for new employees 
  • Employee records: Maintain employee databases, including attendance, leaves, and compensation and benefits 
  • Payroll: Assist with payroll processing and documentation 
  • Benefits: Assist employees with benefits-related inquiries and process benefit enrollments 
  • Policies: Assist the HR manager with formulating policies and procedures, and communicate updates to employees 
  • Employee relations: Address employee concerns and help foster positive relationships within the workplace 
  • Compliance: Ensure compliance with employment and labor laws, and maintain compliance records 
  • Events: Oversee HR events and meetings, and coordinate management-employee communications 
  • Communication: Maintain the departmental email account, respond to employee questions and complaints, and ensure smooth communication with employees 
  • Reports: Generate reports as needed, and write and submit reports on general HR activities 

Persyaratan

  • Must have good communication skills.
  • Can work with the team.
  • Preferably residing at Novaliches Quezon City.
