Keterangan
- Design and oversee architectural projects from concept to completion
- Collaborate with clients to determine project needs and requirements
- Develop and present design proposals and plans
- Ensure compliance with building codes and regulations
- Coordinate with engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders
- Utilize CAD software and other design tools
- Stay updated on industry trends and innovations
Persyaratan
- Educational Qualifications: Master's degree in Architecture or a related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant professional experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Proficient in AutoCAD, architectural design, 3D modeling (SketchUp), and project coordination.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Develop architectural plans, coordinate projects, and collaborate with clients and contractors.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with site visits required.
- Qualities and Traits: Creative thinker, strong communicator, detail-oriented, and team player.
