Respond to customer inquiries via phone, chat, or email
Provide accurate information and support regarding products or services
Document customer interactions and follow up on outstanding issues
Ensure customer satisfaction and handle concerns with empathy and efficiency
Meet performance metrics such as quality, handle time, and resolution rate
Manage escalated complaints
Analyze and resolve complex issues while maintaining professionalism and empathy
Collaborate with internal teams to investigate and resolve concerns
Maintain detailed documentation of each case
Provide feedback to improve customer service processes and avoid recurring issues
Handle inbound and outbound customer interactions related to sales inquiries
Generate leads and qualify potential clients
Maintain communication with prospective customers via phone, email, and social media
Collaborate with the sales team to schedule appointments or product demonstrations

Excellent English communication skills (both verbal and written)
Strong interpersonal and active listening skills
Ability to work under pressure and handle customer concerns professionally

Strong analytical and decision-making abilities
Able to manage sensitive or high-stress customer interactions with professionalism
Preferred: Background in sales, automotive industry, or lead generation
Proven ability in social media communication and digital engagement
Excellent communication, negotiation, and persuasion skills
Goal-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
