We are seeking a capable and experienced Operations Supervisor / Manager to oversee the daily operations of our Showroom and Service Centre in Hong Kong, with responsibility across sales, aftersales, and operational coordination. The role requires a hands-on leader who is committed to operational excellence, customer service, and team management.
This position is well-suited for individuals with a strong background in operations, particularly within the automotive industry, who are ready to drive efficiency and growth in a fast-paced environment.
WORKING HOURS
- 9:00 AM to 7:00 PM (Monday to Friday) Hong Kong Time
- 9:00 AM to 1:00 PM (Saturday) Hong Kong Time
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Oversee daily operations of the Hong Kong Showroom and Service Centre, ensuring smooth coordination across sales, service, and logistics.
- Manage end-to-end sales and aftersales workflows, including vehicle handovers, service scheduling, and warranty handling.
- Supervise inventory control processes, including stock-in/out tracking, audits, and reconciliation.
- Coordinate with the finance team on invoicing, payment tracking, and operational cost monitoring.
- Liaise with government departments on homologation, type approval, licensing, and regulatory compliance.
- Lead and support the operations team through task delegation, training, and performance oversight.
- Support the front-line sales team in achieving targets and maintaining high customer service standards.
- Prepare and maintain accurate reports covering service performance, inventory, and key operational metrics.
- Identify and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and reduce operational friction.
- Collaborate with internal departments and external vendors to support daily business functions.
- Handle operational issues and customer concerns promptly and professionally.
- Report directly to management and provide timely updates on operational status and business risks.
QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS
- Minimum of 2 years’ experience in operations, showroom, or service centre management, preferably within the automotive industry.
- A Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Operations, Logistics, or a related field is preferred.
- Demonstrated ability to lead teams, manage operational workflows, and deliver consistent results.
- Strong background in customer-facing roles, with a focus on service quality and issue resolution.
- Familiarity with inventory systems, service tracking tools, and retail operations software.
- Excellent organizational, problem-solving, and communication skills.
- Proficient in both English and Cantonese (spoken and written).
- Adaptable and willing to operate in a fast-paced environment with shifting priorities.
- Experience in the automotive industry is preferred.
- Possession of a valid motorcycle license is advantageous but not required.

- 編製並更新各類準確報告,包括服務表現、庫存狀況及主要營運指標。
- 識別及實施流程優化方案,提高營運效率及減少阻礙。
- 與內部各部門及外部供應商協作,支援日常營運需求。
- 專業處理營運問題及客戶查詢,迅速作出跟進。
- 向管理層匯報工作進度,並就營運狀況及風險作出適時回報。
資格及技能要求
- 最少兩年營運、陳列室或服務中心管理經驗,有汽車行業背景者優先。
- 持有工商管理、營運管理、物流或相關學科之學士學位者優先考慮。
- 具領導能力及營運流程管理經驗,能穩定交付工作成果。
- 曾從事客戶服務相關職務,重視服務質素及問題解決能力。
- 熟悉庫存管理系統、服務追蹤工具及零售營運相關軟件。
- 具備優秀的組織、解難及溝通技巧。
- 能操流利粵語及英語,包括書寫及口語。
- 能適應快節奏工作環境,並靈活應對變化中的工作優次。
- 擁有電動出行或汽車行業經驗者尤佳。
- 持有有效電單車駕駛執照者更佳,惟非必需條件。
