  • Recruiting and staffing
  • Organizational Planning and Development
  • Performance management and improvement systems;
  • Employment compliance and regulatory concerns;
  • Employee orientation, development and training;
  • Policy development and documentation;
  • Employee relations;
  • Company wide committee facilitation;
  • Company employee and community communication;
  • Compensation and benefits administration;
  • Employee safety, welfare, wellness and health;
  • Employee services and counseling.
  • Support HG-III's leadership team.
  • Help empower and provide tools to line managers to be able to have difficult conversations with their direct reports about performance management, compensation and other issues. Provide tools necessary to help managers be successful.
  • Provide coaching, advice and training on effective people management techniques and guidelines for having difficult conversation with employees.


Persyaratan

  • Proven experience as an HR/Administrative Head Position
  • Leadership Skills
  • Hands on experience with HR Information System
  • Knowledgeable in Labor Laws
  • Excellent Organizational skills
  • Strong communication skills
