Keterangan

Ensures the orderly maintenance of employee records and update payroll positions
Ensure compliance with company rules, regulations, and code of conduct
Conduct interviews, evaluate applicants, and facilitate orientations
Manage local recruitment, salary administration, and performance evaluation
Coordinate internal and external HR meetings and workshops
Plan, implement, and report on HR Related concerns
Draft, submit, and file HR documents and correspondence
Mediate on employee issues and conflicts
Provide guidance and support throughout the recruitment process
Identify training needs and organize skill enhancement workshops
Ensure compliance with health and safety regulations
Manage legal compliance
Promote work-life balance initiatives and wellness programs
Other duties as assigned by the Immediate Superior

Persyaratan

Bachelors Degree in Law , Political Science, or any related course
At least 2 years supervisory experience in HR with exposure to recruitment, compliance, and employee relations, as well as proficiency in record management, communication, problem-solving, and strategic planning.
