- Identify and engage potential candidates through various sourcing methods.
- Build and maintain relationships with clients to understand their recruitment needs.
- Manage the full recruitment process from initial contact to placement.
- Conduct interviews and assess candidates' suitability.
- Provide exceptional customer service to clients and candidates.
- Ensure compliance with recruitment regulations and best practices.
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma is required.
- Experience Level: No previous experience required; training will be provided.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Source candidates, conduct interviews, and maintain client relationships.
- Working Conditions: Office-based with potential remote work flexibility.
- Qualities and Traits: Proactive, self-motivated, and detail-oriented individuals are preferred.
