The Research Analyst supports the Business Development team by providing critical insights through market research, data analysis, and competitive intelligence. This role plays a key part in identifying new business opportunities, optimizing go-to-market strategies, and informing strategic decision-making.

*Conduct market research to identify industry trends, customer needs, and potential business opportunities.

*Analyze competitor strategies, pricing, and market positioning.

*Prepare reports, dashboards, and presentations that summarize research findings and strategic insights.

*Monitor and analyze sales performance, customer behavior, and industry developments.

*Work with the Business Development team to evaluate potential partnerships, markets, and client segments.

*Maintain databases on prospects, market intelligence, and industry benchmarks.

*Support strategic planning, business modeling, and forecasting.

*Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather data and ensure research aligns with business goals.

*Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and Google Workspace

*Knowledge of research methodologies is a plus

*Strong written and verbal communication skills

*Detail-oriented with a high level of accuracy

*Able to work independently and manage multiple tasks
