Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, ensuring satisfaction and repeat business.
Manage the rental process, including negotiating contracts, scheduling deliveries, and handling payments.
Identify client needs and recommend suitable equipment solutions.
Track and manage accounts, including billing, invoicing, and payment follow-ups.
Conduct market research to identify potential leads and opportunities for business growth.
Collaborate with the logistics team to ensure timely and accurate equipment delivery.
Prepare and present monthly sales reports and performance metrics.

Bachelor's degree in business, marketing, or related field (preferred).
Minimum 1-3 years of experience in sales or account management, ideally in heavy equipment or construction industries.
Strong negotiation, communication, and customer service skills.
Familiarity with heavy machinery and equipment
Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office suite.
Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
Valid driver’s license and willingness to travel
Commitment to meeting sales targets and driving revenue growth.
