  • Develop and implement effective sales strategies.
  • Manage and lead the sales team to achieve targets.
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Analyze market trends and adjust sales tactics accordingly.
  • Prepare sales forecasts and report on performance metrics.
  • Conduct training sessions to enhance team skills.

Persyaratan

  • Proven experience in the field of Sales specifically of Food Packaging Products
  • Experience in handling/dealing with government related sales/transactions an Advantage
  • Experience in all aspects of developing and managing marketing
  • Ability to stay calm while working under pressure
  • Detailed, Flexible, Pro Active, Team Player, with Good Sense of Urgency & Commitment to get the job done ahead of time
  • Excellent in the following – Leadership, Planning, Interpersonal, Analytical, Report Writing, Mathematical and Communication, Technical Marketing
  • Solid judgement along with decision making skills
  • Knowledgeable with team building techniques
  • Proven experience in customer, market research, and developing marketing/sales strategies
  • Have a working knowledge of operations including an automated workflow system for both digital and press production
  • Familiar with ISO Documentation and Processes
  • Willing to work at Ugong Valenzuela City, Monday - Friday
