Position Overview:

As a Software Developer, you will play a key role in the design, development, and implementation of both new software products and updates to existing business solutions. You will collaborate closely with Senior Developers, Business Analysts, Product Owners, and both internal and external stakeholders to ensure that software projects meet specified requirements while following Agile methodologies.

Core Responsibilities:

• Develop, test, and debug software solutions within the agreed timeframes.
• Analyze issues, prioritize tasks, and offer technical recommendations and solutions.
• Contribute to the design, development, and deployment of new software solutions.
• Identify opportunities to enhance application efficiency and reduce support requirements.
• Perform unit and system testing to ensure software quality and reliability.
• Share knowledge and mentor junior developers in best practices and development techniques.
• Work collaboratively with business teams to deliver technical solutions that align with business needs.
• Ensure that system documentation is comprehensive and that software metrics are regularly updated.
• Assess and evaluate incoming enhancement requests for feasibility, resource requirements, and urgency.
• Follow established processes and industry best practices to ensure consistent and quality-driven software development.

Key Requirements:

• Minimum of 3 years of experience working in Agile development teams (mandatory).
• At least 3 years of experience in backend development using Java, Angular, and Spring Boot in a professional setting (desired).
• Strong ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies and concepts, with excellent problem-solving capabilities.
• Demonstrated success in implementing quality control measures and delivering projects on time.
• Results-focused with the ability to meet deadlines, financial goals, and project deliverables.
• Exceptional multitasking skills, able to manage competing priorities effectively.
• Adaptable and open to change in a fast-paced work environment.
• Clear communication skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a collaborative team.
