The Maintenance Technician is responsible for ensuring the restaurant’s air conditioning, electrical systems, plumbing, generator, and comfort rooms are fully functional, clean, and safe. They handle repairs, routine checks, and urgent troubleshooting to support smooth daily operations.

• Inspect and maintain air conditioning units.
• Repair or replace electrical wiring, lights, and outlets.
• Perform basic plumbing repairs (leaks, clogs, flush issues).
• Operate and maintain backup generator.
• Conduct minor carpentry or handyman work.
• Monitor and repair comfort room fixtures.
• Perform routine preventive maintenance tasks.
• Ensure tools and equipment are used safely.
• Report major issues to management and assist contractors if needed.
• Keep maintenance area and storage clean and organized.

• High school diploma or TESDA NC II Certificate in Electrical, Refrigeration & Aircon, or Plumbing (preferred).
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in building or restaurant maintenance work.
• Basic knowledge of aircon repair, electrical troubleshooting, plumbing, and generator operation.
• Ability to handle minor carpentry or handyman repairs.
• Skilled in safe use of tools and basic power equipment.
• Physically fit and able to lift heavy equipment or parts when needed.
• Flexible schedule — willing to work evenings, weekends, and on-call for urgent repairs.
• Trustworthy, reliable, and able to work with minimal supervision.
• Good communication and problem-solving skills.
