  • Build and maintain strong client relationships.
  • Manage client accounts and ensure satisfaction.
  • Coordinate communication between clients and internal teams.
  • Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations and proposals.
  • Analyze account performance and provide strategic insights.
  • Resolve client issues and ensure timely follow-up.
  • Manage client accounts, ensure customer satisfaction, and drive business growth.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field.
  • Experience Level: 3-5 years of experience in account management or client relations.
  • Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills; proficiency in CRM software.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to client locations.
  • Qualities and Traits: Proactive, detail-oriented, and a team player with strong interpersonal skills.
