  • Prepare financial statements and reports
  • Manage accounts payable and receivable
  • Conduct audits and ensure compliance with regulations
  • Analyze financial data and trends
  • Assist in budgeting and forecasting
  • Collaborate with team members on financial projects
  • Maintain accurate financial records and documentation

要件

  • Job Title: Property Accountant
  • Educational Qualifications: "Graduate of BS in Accountancy or Accounting Technology. 
  • Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant experience.
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficiency in Financial Statements, General Ledger, and Statement Preparation; expertise in accounting software such as SAP and QuickBooks; strong communication (written and verbal); knowledge of Accounts Receivable and Payable; reconciliation and billing skills.
  • Working Conditions: 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM with Saturday (5.5 days per week)
  • Qualities and Traits: Detail-oriented, analytical thinker, capable of working under pressure, and effective communicator.
