JOB SUMMARY


Responsible for performing secretarial functions for the Group Head to achieve the targets and objectives of the unit.


JOB DESCRIPTION

  • Effectively monitors the schedule of appointments and other business engagements of the Group Head.
  • Arranges accommodations, business trips/travel itineraries of the Group Head and prepares the travel requirements.
  • Makes, receives and screens internal; and external phone calls before passing it to the Group Head and concerned unit/group.
  • Receives, sorts and logs all incoming and outgoing letters, memoranda and other documents/data for Treasury Management Group.
  • Maintains custody of confidential correspondences, memoranda, reports and other documents.
  • Screens all requests for appointments before passing on to the immediate supervisor.
  • Encodes memos, letters/correspondences. Prepares reports to various Committees. Follows up pending items from concerned units.
  • Prepares minutes of meetings presided by the Group Head.


JOB QUALIFICATION

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Preferably fresh graduate
  • Must be computer literate such as MS Office, PowerPoint etc
  • Must be a team player; can handle situations well under pressure; open minded; analytic; courteous; with sense of urgency.
  • Must possess high analytical and research skills
  • Very good oral and written/presentation communication skills; good work planning and organizing skills.
