What you'll be doing

• Providing excellent customer service and building strong relationships with customers
• Demonstrating and educating customers on our premium cosmetics products
• Achieving and exceeding sales targets through exceptional product knowledge and sales techniques
• Maintaining a well-organised and visually appealing retail space
• Collaborating with the marketing team to implement promotional campaigns
• Providing feedback and insights to the product development team
• Continuously enhancing your product knowledge and sales skills

What we're looking for

• 1-2 years of experience in a sales or customer service role, preferably in the cosmetics industry
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a genuine passion for providing exceptional customer service
• Excellent product knowledge and the ability to educate customers on product features and benefits
• Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
• Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment
• Enthusiasm for staying up-to-date with industry trends and new product developments (Cosmetics)!
