  • We are looking for a highly driven and strategic Business Development Manager to expand our food brand across the Philippines. This role is responsible for identifying growth opportunities, developing franchise and corporate partnerships, and driving sales to strengthen our brand presence. The ideal candidate is passionate about the food industry, franchising, and business expansion, with a proven track record in sales and relationship management.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Business Growth & Franchise Expansion

  • Develop and implement strategic business plans to expand the brand’s market reach.
  • Identify and secure new locations for stores expansion, including malls, transport hubs, and high-foot-traffic areas.
  • Build a strong franchise network, recruiting and supporting new franchise partners.
  • Conduct feasibility studies and market research to identify profitable locations and target markets.

2. Sales & Revenue Generation

  • Drive corporate partnerships, bulk orders, and B2B sales (e.g., office catering, events, online delivery platforms).
  • Develop and present business proposals, franchise packages, and investment opportunities.
  • Negotiate contract terms and agreements with franchisees, suppliers, and real estate partners.

3. Marketing & Brand Development

  • Collaborate with the marketing team to create customer acquisition campaigns and brand promotions.
  • Strengthen brand positioning by identifying sponsorships, community events, and partnerships.
  • Work with digital teams to improve social media, online delivery, and e-commerce growth strategies.

4. Relationship & Stakeholder Management

  • Build and maintain strong relationships with franchisees, partners, and key stakeholders.
  • Provide ongoing support and training to franchisees to ensure compliance with brand standards.
  • Act as the key liaison between the company and external business partners.

5. Financial & Performance Analysis

  • Monitor sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • 3-5 years of experience in business development, franchise management, or sales (preferably in food & beverage).
  • Strong background in franchising, B2B sales, and expansion strategies.
  • Excellent negotiation, communication, and leadership skills.
  • Experience working with mall operators, landlords, and real estate developers is an advantage.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, results-driven environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office, CRM software, and data analytics tools.
  • Passion for Filipino food, entrepreneurship, and business growth.
