職務内容
- Assist the Senior Service Delivery management team in setting, overseeing, measuring, and promoting KPIs and SLAs. Manage a team or teams with 65 to 80 employees. Provide strategies, procedures, activities, and assistance in identifying opportunities for process improvement to the Senior Service Delivery management team.
- Oversee several teams in the business models of technical assistance, customer care, and e-commerce.
- Mentor and train Group Leader for the next level of position
- Regularly reports performance to Senior Manager and VP for Service Delivery, Country Manager, CEO and clients
- Tracks client escalation and swiftly responds to address concerns
- Bachelors Degree holder
- With at least 2 years of working experience as Operations Manager
- Amenable to attend face to face interview.
- Amenable to work on site
- Can start working as soon as possible is an advantage.
