Title: Dine-in Staff

Reports to: Shift Supervisor and Branch Manager

Job Overview: The dine-in staff to take and deliver orders. They must provide high-quality service that will help the company to attract more customers. And they will be the face of the restaurant and responsible for the company's customer experience.

Responsibilities and Duties: 

• Provides a positive customer experience with fair, friendly, and courteous service.

• Attending to customers upon entrance to the restaurant

• Preparing restaurant tables with special attention to sanitation and order

• Ensuring of customer’s request

• Ensuring of the completes of order

• Have knowledge in each of the Thai Mango products

• Deal with complaints or problems with a positive attitude

• Ensuring of issuance of receipt before preparing orders

• Following the company’s policy

• Attention to cleanliness and safety

• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.

• Must be certified in all stations (dispatch, drinks, roti)
