Greet Customers: Welcome customers as they enter the dining area, providing a friendly and pleasant atmosphere.
Assist with Menu Choices: Help customers with food and beverage selections, providing information about menu items, daily specials, and dietary options.
Take Orders: Accurately take food and drink orders from customers, relaying them to the kitchen or bar as necessary.
Serve Food and Beverages: Serve food and drinks to customers at their tables or counters, ensuring the correct items are delivered in a timely manner.
Address Customer Concerns: Respond to customer inquiries or complaints politely and efficiently, escalating issues to a manager or supervisor when needed.
Ensure Customer Satisfaction: Continuously check in with customers to ensure their satisfaction and comfort throughout their meal.

A high school diploma or equivalent is typically required.
Prior experience in food service or customer-facing roles is preferred, but not always required.
Experience handling food and working in a fast-paced environment is an advantage.
Ability to interact with customers in a friendly, professional, and efficient manner.
Capability to handle multiple tasks at once, such as serving food, taking orders, and cleaning tables, especially during busy periods.
Ensuring orders are accurately taken and delivered, with attention to presentation and customer requests.
