説明

TRAINING

· Organizes training events by scheduling the facilitator(s), participants, and refills and restocks training supplies;

· Assists with the establishment of an in-house employee training system that addresses the company’s training. This includes training needs assessment, new employee orientation or onboarding, management development, production cross-training, post-training impact, and training transfer;

· Assists superior with the selection of external training programs and consultants;

· Monitors the spending of the corporate training budget;

· Maintains employee training records; and

· Provides training reports to the immediate head

· Conducts New hires training

·

PERFORMANCE MANAGEMENT

· Assists with the implementation of the performance management system that includes performance development plans (PDPs) and employee development programs.

· Facilitate Perfomance-Appraissal

· Monitors Everybody Rates Everybody and Test-Seminar-Test and provide the results to the concerned department; and

· Track employee progress, noting promotions and recognition, and document them accordingly. Ensure employee files are maintained according to law

要件

  • Education: Graduate of 4-year course preferably Human Resources
  • Management, BS Psychology, or equivalent course
  • Other requirements: Hardworking and can easily adapt to one fast-paced working environment.
