- Analyze HR metrics to improve organizational performance.
要件
- Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Human Resources or related field.
- Experience Level: 1-3 years of relevant HR experience.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong communication, employee relations, compensation and benefits management, presentation skills, and people management.
- Working Conditions: Office environment with standard business hours.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, proactive, empathetic, and detail-oriented.
