要件

  • Skills and Competencies: Strong abilities in employee relations, recruitment, and retention; attention to detail; effective recruiting skills.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Assist in recruitment processes, enhance employee engagement, and support retention strategies.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment with standard working hours; may require some overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong interpersonal skills, proactive attitude, ability to maintain confidentiality, and adaptability.
