THE ROLE:

We are looking for a Human Resources Officer for Talent Acquisition who will focus on recruitment (sourcing, screening, and hiring of candidates) and supporting business units in welcoming and integrating new employees into the organization.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Recruitment

  • Utilizing job boards, social media platforms, and professional networks to source candidates for the organization's vacancy

  • Promote the employee referral system among applicants to boost pipeline of candidates

  • Review resumes and applications and conduct initial interviews to assess the candidate's qualifications (experience, skills, and cultural fit

  • Schedule and coordinate interviews with hiring managers and candidates.

  • Keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process and address any inquiries promptly.

Onboarding

  • Preparation of pre-employment documents (job offers, salary analysis, probationary contracts) before the new hire's onboarding date.

  • Assist new hires with their inquiries on pre-employment requirements and their enrollment on the HRIS database and biometrics (timekeeping)

  • Conduct the new hire orientation to provide to introduce employees to company policies, benefits, and organizational culture.

  • Monitor the progress of new hires during the first 30-60 days, ensuring that they are adapting well and feel supported.

Other Tasks

  • Creation and maintenance of 201 files

  • ID Issuance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

  • Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. A year (1) of experience in recruitment is an advantage

  • Strong oral and written communication skills. Ability to establish rapport among candidates and promote company image is preferred.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Suite applications

  • Strong collaboration skills and ability to work well with a variety of departments.

  • Amenable to work onsite in Makati
