説明
- Source and attract top candidates across Japan markets.
- Build strong relationships with clients and candidates in the region.
- Manage full-cycle recruitment processes from sourcing to onboarding.
- Contribute to expanding our recruitment capabilities and client satisfaction.
要件
- Proven experience in recruitment within Japan markets.
- Ability to speak and write in Japanese (JLPT certification is preferred, or conversational level).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Comfortable working during mid-shift hours to align with Japan business hours.
- Knowledge of local employment regulations and industry standards in Japan.
