  • Prepare authentic Japanese dishes, including sushi and sashimi.
  • Ensure high-quality presentation and flavor in all menu items.
  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of the kitchen area.
  • Collaborate with the kitchen team to create seasonal menus.
  • Manage inventory and order supplies as needed.
  • Adhere to food safety and hygiene standards.
  • Need a Nihongo Speaker (Conversational)

  • Job Title: Japanese Chef
  • Educational Qualifications: Edu not required
  • Experience Level: 3-5 Years of experience in a Japanese cuisine environment
  • Skills and Competencies: Proficient in cooking techniques, self-starter, strong kitchen hygiene practices, customer-oriented, attention to detail, and proficiency in Japanese language (Kaiwa).
  • Working Conditions: Fast-paced kitchen environment, with potential for long hours, including weekends and holidays.
  • Qualities and Traits: Creative, passionate about Japanese cuisine, excellent communicator, and adaptable.
