職務内容

説明

  • Identify factors that may negatively impact guest experience and execute plans to improve guest service within company.
  • Review guest count and sales projections.
  • Maintain stock levels and assist in receiving products by checking order accuracy, quality, and condition.
  • Inventory check from day-to-day operations.
  • Profitability and Sales Building: Implement new marketing plans and procedures within the company.
  • Security, Safety, and Sanitation: Ensure proper execution of security procedures (services safety and first aid) and cash handling policies.
  • Monitor food safety and sanitation procedures during shifts.
  • People's management and training can demonstrate leadership behaviors and basic people management skills to gain commitment from crew and leadership.
  • Develop and train crew members by sharing knowledge and experience.
  • Contribute to performance appraisals based on defined goals and objectives for the crew.

要件

  • with at least 6 months of experience in Food Services
  • At least Senior High School graduate or College graduate.
  • Fresh Grad is welcome to apply.
  • Computer literate: MS Word and Excel
  • Organizational and leadership skills
  • Motivated and Team player
