説明

  • Develop and implement strategies to increase dealer sales performance, ensuring targets are met and exceeded.
  • Build and maintain strong, trusting relationships with dealers, providing them with product information, training, and sales tools.
  • Regularly assess dealer performance, track sales metrics, and recommend improvements to maximize revenue.
  • Support dealers with promotional materials, offers, and campaigns to drive product sales and brand awareness.
  • Conduct training sessions and offer ongoing support to ensure dealers are equipped to sell effectively.
  • Negotiate terms and pricing with dealers and resolve any issues, ensuring smooth operations and positive relationships.
  • Maintain accurate records of dealer sales, inventory, and performance. Prepare regular reports to share insights with senior management.
  • Collect and share feedback from dealers regarding customer satisfaction, product performance, and any areas for improvement.

要件

  • Educational Qualifications: Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
  • Experience Level: Less than 1 year in operations or customer service
  • Skills and Competencies: Strong analytical abilities, attention to detail, and proficiency in Excel.
  • Responsibilities and Duties: Manage merchant accounts, assist with transactions, and resolve issues.
  • Working Conditions: Office environment; standard hours with occasional overtime.
  • Qualities and Traits: Strong communication skills, team player, and proactive problem-solver.
