• Supervises of activities involved in developing, planning, directing, and evaluating a wide variety of projects;
• Prepares and present proposals for projects;
• Assists in preparing, negotiating, and administering contracts and agreements associated with such projects; may establish review and evaluation procedures;
• Directs and supervises the collection, maintenance, reporting, and publication of data regarding research and project activities;
• Provides management and technical support to the Department;
• Designs and implements general information and orientation programs and conducts meetings concerning projects;
• Monitors projects and proposals and assures that findings are applied, implemented, and documented; conducts project inspections as necessary; and
• Ensures proper coordination among all departments of the organization based on specific projects.
• Perform other related duties as may be assigned by superiors from time to time.

Job qualifications:

• Bachelor's Degree in Information Systems, Information Technology, Computer Science, Computer Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or equivalent
• At least 3-5 proven work experience in Software Development, Operations, Systems and Methods, Project Management, or other IT-related field
• Excellent writing and verbal communication skills;
• Ability to coordinate well with all types of personalities across the organization;
• Excellent technical skills with a keen interest in IT; and
• Willing to work Hybrid setup in Makati City.
