Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role in Pasig, Bonifacio Global City and Quezon City for a Property Specialist. The Property Specialist will be responsible for tasks related to commercial and residential real estate sales, communication with customers, and providing excellent customer service.

Qualifications

• Communication and Customer Service skills
• Commercial Real Estate and Residential Real Estate knowledge
• Sales experience
• Strong negotiation skills
• Ability to work well in a fast-paced environment
• Real estate license or certification is a plus
• Bachelor's degree in Business, Real Estate, or related field
