説明

  • Candidate must be a college graduate, preferably with a technical or engineering background.
  • Attends to regular purchasing requirements (i.e raw materials, electronics components, packaging) and complies within the given schedule
  • Checks price validity of items and stock availability if item is already part of Purchase Order (P.O.) database
  • Canvasses company requirements from local and foreign suppliers
  • Coordinates the complete specifications and product samples of the requested items with accredited suppliers
  • Endorses product pricing to Purchasing Head for approval
  • Preparation of Purchase Orders (POs)
  • Encoding and updating of entries in the system
  • Coordinates and monitors shipment of purchased items
  • Coordinates with Warehouse to ensure accuracy of details
  • Prepares reports and provide updates to Purchasing Head
  • Maintains records and file

  • Graduate of any four year course
  • Newly graduates are welcome to apply
