Will be responsible for managing and responding to inquiries related to property listings. This role involves providing potential buyers and renters with detailed information about properties, answering questions, scheduling viewings, and ensuring an excellent customer experience throughout the process. You will serve as the primary point of contact, helping clients navigate through property options and assisting them in making informed decisions.
Key Responsibilities:
- Respond promptly to inquiries from potential buyers and renters regarding property listings via phone, email, and online platforms.
- Provide accurate and comprehensive information about available properties, including details on pricing, amenities, location, and other relevant factors.
- Schedule property viewings and coordinate with property owners or agents to ensure smooth and timely showings.
- Follow up with clients after viewings to address any further questions and guide them through the next steps.
- Assist clients in understanding the property market, providing insights and advice based on their preferences and budget.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of the property market, including trends, new listings, and local area developments.
- Update and maintain property listings on the company website and other online platforms.
- Document and track customer interactions, inquiries, and feedback using the company’s CRM system.
- Collaborate with the sales and marketing teams to improve client engagement and property visibility.
- Resolve any issues or concerns that may arise during the inquiry or viewing process, ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.
- Experience in a customer engagement or sales role within the real estate industry.
- Multilingual abilities are a plus, depending on the client base.
- Must have Real estate license or certification.
- Previous experience in real estate, customer service, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build rapport with clients.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail.
- Familiarity with property listing platforms and CRM systems.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple inquiries simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and client engagement.
- Knowledge of the local real estate market is a plus.
- A valid driver’s license may be required for scheduling and attending property viewings.
Working Conditions:
- Full-time position with standard office hours, though flexibility may be required for evening or weekend inquiries and property viewings.
- This role may be office-based, remote, or a combination of both, depending on the need of the job
- Occasional travel may be required for property viewings or client meetings.
