Foreign based call center ( On the job training provided in Bonifacio Global City office from 1 to 3 months, depending on performance )
8 hours shift duty with day offs.
Starting pay up to Php 38,000 per month depending on experience. After 1 year of work, you will have a share of the company’s profits. Estimated monthly income after one year, including salary and share of company’s profit : approximately Php 50,000 to 100,000 ( excluding the monthly meal allowance of USD 325 ). Earnings above Php 1 million yearly if you progress to supervisory levels.
All meals, transportation from office and apartment and accommodation provided
Every 6 months of work will entitle 14 days of leave back to the Philippines, return air-tickets provided free
Medical and insurance budget of about Php 22,000 in yearly premiums provided, for you to choose your own medical plans
Responsibilities
Manage large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
Making cold calls through leads and generating sales and revenue
Identify customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and provide solutions and/or alternatives
Build sustainable relationships and engage customers by taking the extra mile
Keep records of all conversations in our call center database in a comprehensible way
Meet personal/team qualitative and quantitative targets

Previous experience in a customer support role.
Track record of over-achieving quota.
Strong phone and verbal communication skills along with active listening
Customer focus, adaptability to different personality types, building long term relationships with clients.
Ability to multitask, set priorities and manage time effectively.
Must be able to work overseas permanently.
Familiar with Microsoft Words, Excel, Power Point, Social Media Tools and Platforms
