- Identify and pursue new sales opportunities.
- Build and maintain strong customer relationships.
- Conduct product presentations and demonstrations.
- Meet or exceed sales targets and quotas.
- Provide feedback on market trends and customer needs.
- Collaborate with the marketing team for promotional strategies.
- Prepare and submit sales reports and forecasts.
要件
- Job Title: Sales Representative
- Educational Qualifications: High/Senior High School diploma required.
- Experience Level: No prior experience required; we encourage entry-level candidates.
- Skills and Competencies: Strong public speaking, negotiation abilities, sales support, and training experience. Creative problem-solving, sourcing, and presentation skills are essential.
- Responsibilities and Duties: Engage with clients, support sales initiatives, conduct presentations, and assist in training.
- Working Conditions: Primarily office-based with occasional travel for client meetings.
- Qualities and Traits: Excellent communication skills, adaptability, motivation, and a customer-centric approach.
