Develop and maintain relationships with clients, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.
Negotiate contracts and close agreements to maximize profit for Faithm Printers.
Identify new business opportunities within the advertising, arts, and media sector.
Collaborate with creative teams to ensure client project requirements are met successfully.
Monitor account performance metrics to ensure alignment with client objectives.
Act as the main point of contact and provide regular updates to stakeholders.

Job Title: Account Manager
Educational Qualifications: Minimum of a Diploma degree in business administration, finance, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years of experience in account management or a related field.
Skills and Competencies: Excellent communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills. Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite.
Working Conditions: Office environment with occasional travel to client sites. Full-time position with the need for flexibility in schedule to meet client needs.
