簡介
- Serve as the primary liaison for assigned client accounts, ensuring clear communication and excellent client satisfaction.
- Manage end-to-end client requirements for manpower, including deployment schedules and replacements.
- Work closely with the recruitment team to align candidate profiles with client specifications.
- Monitor deployed staff performance and address any concerns or incidents on-site.
- Handle contract renewals, service agreements, and client documentation.
- Conduct regular client visits and meetings to ensure proactive account management.
- Coordinate with HR, payroll, and admin teams to ensure timely delivery of services (e.g., onboarding, timekeeping, billing support).
- Prepare and present reports on account status, deployment updates, and candidate pipelines.
- Resolve client issues or complaints promptly and professionally.
職位要求
- Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resource Management, Psychology, or a related field.
- At least 2-3 years of experience in account management, preferably in a manpower or staffing agency.
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills; client-focused mindset.
- Proven ability to handle multiple client accounts and manage priorities.
- Good understanding of recruitment and deployment processes.
- Ability to resolve client and employee issues with tact and professionalism.
- Knowledge in labor standards, DOLE requirements, or contracting policies is a strong advantage.
- Willing to travel or conduct fieldwork if needed.
