簡介

  • Manage and record financial transactions with precision using QuickBooks and any other tools the firm may adopt
  • Maintain meticulous, accurate, and up to date financial records
  • Collaborate with the external accounting team to prepare comprehensive financial reports and statements
  • Conduct through account reconciliations and execute month-end closing procedures
  • Contribute to various accounting and bookkeeping tasks, adapting to the evolving needs of the growing firm
  • Process bank transactions, including foreign currency transfers, ensuring accuracy and compliance with financial regulations.
  • Support cash management by maintaining accurate bank balances and optimizing cash flow
  • Processing accounts payable and accounts receivable
  • Assist in the preparation and issuance of client invoice, ensuring accuracy and compliance with internal procedures.
  • Monitor accounts receivable, follow up outstanding invoices, assist with collections as necessary.
  • Maintain organized financial records and ensure proper documentation of all billing transactions
  • Collaborate with external accountants to reconcile discrepancies in billing and resolve customer inquiries promptly
  • Prepare regular reports on billing activities and account status for management review

職位要求

  • Must have 1-2 years’ experience as a accounting and billing assistant
  • Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks
  • Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word)
  • Sharp attention to detail with a commitment to maintaining high level of accuracy
  • Demonstrated ability to work independently and manage time effectively
  • Adaptability to work in a dynamic, growth-oriented environment
  • Self -motivated with a proactive approach to problem – solving and process improvement
  • Ability to meet deadlines
  • Communications skills, including the ability to communicate complex data in a clear way
  • Ability to prioritize tasks
  • Organizational skills
