Educational Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
Experience Level: 1-3 years in accounting or finance roles, preferably in a leadership capacity.
Skills and Competencies: Strong leadership abilities, proficiency in accounting software, analytical skills, and attention to detail.
